thinkASG Baja California Off-road Adventure

Members of Team thinkASG spent a wild weekend in Baja California, April 1-4, 2012, with Wide Open Baja.  We raced in uniquely built Class 10 off road race vehicles across Baja 1000 trails from Ensenada to San Felipe to the world famous Mike's Sky Rancho and back to Ensenada.  It was 4 days of extreme driving at speeds up to 75 mph, across desert, pine forests, dry lake beds, sand dunes, beaches, rocky terrain, sandy washes, jumps, water, mud, mountain and ocean side cliffs.   The days were filled with thrilling driving, trading off between driver and passenger every hour, catered hot lunches that miraculously appeared in the middle of the remote Baja trails, and closed with beach front and mountain high resorts to recoup in at night with delicious dinners at fine Mexican resta...

thinkASG helps scare away hunger

thinkASG entered a scarecrow, this year,  in the 2nd annual Great Park Pumpkin Harvest exhibition.   The competition, presented by the Orange County Great Park and Second Harvest Food Bank, gives local businesses and community organization's the opportunity to build and display unique scarecrow creations while providing support for a worthy cause.  Our Facility Manager, Jim Seeley, worked hard to create an imaginative scarecrow that showcases our organizations spirit for bicycling, teamsmanship and sports sponsorship.   We are proud to have the opportunity to help alleviate hunger in Orange County and participate in a community event in our corporate home town of Irvine, CA.                  ...

The Refs didn’t give the Super Bowl to the Steelers

STEELERS 27, CARDINALS 23   What's with the conspiracy theorists out there?  Slow news day on the world wide front? Sick of writing about the greedy financial services industry?  Something is amiss, because now the talk of the day is how the NFL and the refs conspired to make sure Pittsburgh won the Super Bowl! Are you kidding me?  Did you watch the same game?  The Steelers were the better team before the game, during the game, and after the game. The Cardinals deserve tons of credit for never giving up and making it close at the end. But, the Steelers took care of the game for over three quarters. They increased their lead after every quarter and mounted a game winning drive to win the game. Oh, the refs did call holding on the Steelers on their last drive so it was 1st an...
