As a value added supplier, thinkASG is committed to provide our customers with a high quality Asset / Contract Management and Maintenance Renewal service.  We have dedicated Contract Management representatives available to answer questions regarding our customer’s contracts or installed inventory.  Additionally, thinkASG acts as an advocate to aid in the resolution of maintenance related issues by tapping into our network of resources at IBM, NetApp, Cisco, Brocade and other technology service providers.

Asset / Contract Management Services

thinkASG maintains a database of our customer’s installed inventory and renewable services utilizing our custom online Asset and Contract Management portal.  Within the Portal, we track the start and end date of each renewable service entitled and the equipment it is entitled on.  Online access is granted to each customer and customer profile reports are generated regularly providing our customers with the detail they require to manage their installed inventory and related services.  

 

Maintenance Renewal Services

thinkASG begins contacting customers 90 days prior to any contract or service coming due for renewal. With a long lead time to address our customer’s renewals, we are able to prevent our customers from lapsing in coverage for their mission critical equipment.

 

Maintenance Consolidation

thinkASG can provide a consolidated maintenance plan set to renew at any time of the year that works best with the customer’s fiscal budget.  Consolidation can occur over a phased period of time, to minimize the fiscal impact to the customer.  By reducing the amount of contracts that your equipment is covered on, thinkASG can help reduce complexity and administrative costs associated with keeping your systems functioning at peek performance.

 

Maintenance Budgeting Services

thinkASG aids customers in their budgeting process by providing budget pricing for renewable services as far out into the future as is required by the customer.
